1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Medivek for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
• Remove intellectual property notices
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the Application
• Use the Application in hazardous, safety‑critical, or medical treatment environments

3. Reservation of Rights

Medivek is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company and its licensors.

This Privacy Policy describes how Theradata ("Theradata", "we", "our", or "us"), the developer and operator of the Medivek mobile application ("Medivek" or the "Application"), collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses your personal information.

By downloading, accessing, or using Medivek, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application.

12A. Healthcare Professional Responsibilities

Healthcare professionals who access, receive, review, or manage information through Medivek are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, privacy, and security of patient information in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, legal, and regulatory obligations.

By using Medivek Access or any healthcare professional features of the Application, healthcare professionals agree to:

• Access patient information only when authorized by the patient or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• Use patient information solely for legitimate healthcare-related purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information obtained through the Application.
• Implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect patient data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
• Maintain the security of login credentials and promptly notify Theradata of any suspected unauthorized access to their account.
• Comply with all applicable privacy, confidentiality, medical ethics, and healthcare regulations governing patient information.
• Ensure that patient information is not shared with unauthorized individuals or entities.
• Protect devices used to access Medivek through passwords, encryption, software updates, and secure networks where appropriate.

Healthcare professionals are independently responsible for their handling of patient information after accessing or downloading such information from Medivek.

Theradata is not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or processing of patient information by healthcare professionals outside the Medivek platform.

Any healthcare professional found to be using Medivek in violation of applicable privacy laws, professional obligations, or this Privacy Policy may have their access suspended or terminated.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Application or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of Medivek after the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

14. Medical Disclaimer

Medivek is designed solely to assist users in organizing health information and medication schedules.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making healthcare decisions.

15. Governing Law

F This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable data protection laws and, where not inconsistent with such laws, the laws governing Theradata and the laws of Lebanon.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any mandatory rights granted to users under applicable consumer or data protection laws.
