Theradata is not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or processing of patient information by healthcare professionals outside the Medivek platform.
Any healthcare professional found to be using Medivek in violation of applicable privacy laws, professional obligations, or this Privacy Policy may have their access suspended or terminated.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Application or by other appropriate means.
